1) Payment must be in within two working days after confirmation of orders through POSB/OCBC bank transfer
2) NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER!
3) We will not be responsible for any defects or mistakes made by my supplier
4) We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of mail through mailing/delivery; however i will make sure that the goods are of good condition before i send them out
5) Supplies may take quite long to arrive, thus do not buy if you do not have the patience to wait
6) Clarify all doubts before ordering
7) If item is out of stock (OOS), we will fully refund you the money through POSB/OCBC bank transfer
8) We provide free normal postage (envelope wrapping & nothing else); if buyers want to opt for registered postage/courier, you need to top up a fee of $2-$8 depending on weight/area
